CJ Reporting Delayed?

Reports are working but my stats are 1/3 what they should be.

Now that CJ has finished thier update and the reports tab is working, are their stats delayed for the weekend? I am only at 1/3 what I should have made friday-Today...

Their message stated that reporting could be delayed 24 hours but does that mean the reports tab would be unavailable for 24 hours or when the tab is up the stats will be delayed?

Anyone else have an off day/weekend?

Is anyone seeing any detail on the daily reports? Earlier this month there was some vendor detail and now there is none at all.

Can anyone run ANY report other than the daily summary and get results?

We record all of our daily figures each morning onto a forecasting spreadsheet to see if things are on track for the month for everything we do, and the figures from CJ now for days earlier in the month are not the same and the detail that WAS there is gone.

I am really suprised that people are not complaining more about these issues. I see more complaints about silly mundane things like checks arriving in 3 days rather than 2. This is a serious issue with CJ that needs to be fixed. I have a feeling we lost a lot of dough this month and we have no way to prove it.

I completely agree..... I am off 50% myself.. I just ran some trend graphs on the home page and noticed that impressions are stable but leads, sales, clicks dropped sharply on or around August 13 (when they started the upgrade)...

Run some 30 day trend graphs from the homepage to see if your findings are about the same.... I think people in some sectors don't see any delays but many people in mine do...

I compared this graph from a trend graph created using impressions/click vs day for google and noticed an upward trend which I new I had.. You can look at my cj graph and just by eyeballing you can tell the day of their upgrade... Left half I have bars all the way up and right half they are 50%...

I'm missing around 600 dollars in refferels that showed up and then disappeared days later.

Yeah I am really suprised we are not hearing more about this. Do people not look past the summary page? Heck the totals at the top of the report page for the periods are different than the totals at the bottom of the page by a few dollars. There is no detail at all on the reports and the numbers keep changing. I have no idea what transactions took place this month since I can't see any vendor detail at all. Nothing.

I suppose the most important question is: Have we all lost the commission earnt in the recent days, or will they backfill it all when they sort themselves out.

I'm very suspicious of lost commission, with no evidence to prove it. A sudden decline in commission earnt around the time of CJ changes shouts out loud to me.

There seems to be alot of complaints about drop in earning, myself included. I think this upgrade screwed up big time.
