I use the old setting 800x600 in the yahoogle serps the page has a scroll bar at the base and the far left of the page is off screen.

really weird.

Yahoo always had a liquid table design. The whole thing wrapped in a table with width 100%.

Any chance that your fonts are LARGE? (I mean large fonts settings in the control panel, not a browser setting.)

all standard font sizes.... it is actualy pretty good because the only part that is missing is the advert at the far right...so that just makes it even more strange.
