Dear Sir,

I used business express submission 15 day ago, and now my website already listed in yahoo.com directory. I would like to change the description. Should I request by using email, because this is with in 30 days, or should I use [add.yahoo.com...]

You need to reply to the business express editor that emailed you, although I've never had much in the past

All I can say is good luck, and yes Email the Business Express Member who emailed you. Yahoo! sure links to create there own desc for your sites, they always tend to mess up a desc and never get it the way you want. Although, its worth a try :
