Yahoo Biz Express requirements.

Seth brought up to me that you no longer have to be an entirely commercial site to get listed with Yahoo. The requirement for taking credit cards is no longer present in the BizExpress guidlines. You can put in some general category listing for your second choice to sneak in sites that don't really belong in the business category.

You also don't have to be in the US anymore either. They'll now accept BizEx submissions from Canada, Britain, Australia, and a couple other places (need to look at their guidelines again).
