ok, that's weird. On my AOL account, I see normal Yahoo serps, but on AT&T broadband service, I see Google serps on Yahoo.

When I run anonymizer, I see the normal Yahoo Serps. Also, when online with AOL, I see the normal AOL serps. But, when I'm on AT&T broadband, I see google serps most of the time.

Heh - I just got a hit from google.yahoo that won't even come up on the first ten pages at google for the same search. The results at Yahoo look like INK results, to me, but the cache is old based upon the fact that I've tweaked the page title and INK's updated since then. Not sure what it is, but Yahoo's got something going on over there...

I noticed the Google serps on Yahoo today.
Used Opera set to remove cookies at close and I get Yahoo directory listings, used Internet Exploder with all the Yahoo cookies intact and I get Google results.
Remove the Yahoo cookies and it's normal Yahoo listings untill you click the "Web Pages" link to see the Google serps, that sets the cookie so your next search is straight "Web Pages" results.

4crests,

I wrote about this right after the Google update in July. No one seemed to see what I was seeing. I'm on the west coast so that might be a factor, but for about a week straight every day, every keyword, it was google serps. Right now it's gone back to directory listings, but it wasn't that way.

Here's the post I started awhile ago, seems no one else could see it either.

I can see it. Searching on Yahoo.com from the UK using keywords such as "gambling", "property". Only getting Inside Yahoo matches, sponsored matches, web PAGE matches, More sponsor matches, Category Matches.

No Web Site matches at all.

BTW thanks everybody for all the great info. Been lurking for a while, now found an excuse to get involved :)

Note: This screenshot is just an example so let's not post a bunch of different example terms.

msgraph, that's enough to see it's coming up with the Google web pages instead of the directory as the default.
