how to change description of domain in a directory

just bought an expired domain name

Recently I bought two good ranked expired domain name and they are listed at yahoo and google .My question is How do I change the Primary Contact inofrmation of this domain ? Do I need to contact the prior owner? Or is there anyway that i can change my title and decribtion ?

Hello,
Well it depends upon who you purchased the DNs from. Most of the DN Registrars provide an interface that allows you to make changes to the record. They typically provide a username and pwd to access it. If not, you'll need to do some poking around on their web site to locate their FAQ on how to make the changes. HTH.

I think I was not clear on my prior post.I already changed contact info on domain registration but I can make any change on title or decription of the site on yahoo directory because they are asking prior owners e mail address and I don't know how to confirm them that i am the owner now and need to make changes!

Daisy, I've never had this problem.

I looked at the change form and my only suggestion would be to specify your problem in the last field:

# 9 - Please provide any further instructions below.

Does anyone else have any ideas?
