My web host accidentally pointed one of my parked domains to an old site of mine that they never deleted off of one of their servers. The result is that this formerly parked domain was crawled, is now indexed by a few search engines, and but because the content of the old site is so similar to my primary site, I believe I have now been banned from Yahoo and others for what appeared to be a mirrored site.

My web host recognizes this was an error on their part and has composed a detailed email describing what happened indicating tha they take full responsibility for the mistake. However, neither they nor I know what the appropriate email address is to send this correspondence to.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. A snail mail address may be of use too.

Thanks,

Toby

Thanks Chris. By the way, my host needs to send the same letter to Google, Askjeeves and Teoma. Do you happen to know the email addresses for these SE's?

Thanks!

Toby
