I have a new site that is an auction site. I want to submit it, BUT:
It's brand new...will I be rejected on this basis (not very many registered users or auctions)?
Also, there is an option to link to an image URL or upload a pic for the auctions. I'm going to remove the upload pic option, but right now it's labelled as "temporarily unavailable"...will that cause my site to get the axe b/c it's considered a non-working link (even though it's not a link)???

No, they will understand this.
The "temporarily unavailable" can be a problem. If you dont want users to upload piture files, remove all mention of it.
