Appealing a Rejection

Been rejected, but feel it's a mistake ... best way to appeal?

Recently submitted a client site, www.domain.com to Yahoo .. this morning got a REJECTION based on the following:
"The Yahoo! Express Terms of Service state that in order to be listed in
the Yahoo! directory, a site must meet the following minimum criteria:

"If the site is applicable to a specific geographic region the address
must be visible to any visitor to that site."

"To help us place your site we require that you include your physical
location (street address or city and state) somewhere on your site.

The site HAS the city, state, and zip at the bottom of every internal page ... do you think they just didn't LOOK and an appeal, pointing this out will be sufficient?

OR, Do I make changes to the site, THEN submit the appeal?

Apparently you only get ONE appeal. I'm astounded that we didn't get accepted so now I'm REALLY nervous about the appeal.

Either looking for insight into the appeal or reassurance (insert nervous laugh here).

I suspect the url will be snipped but city, state, and zip do not constitute an address. They constitute a city.

Only one appeal, without a doubt do changes first.

In asking for the appeal, do you TELL them you've made changes or do you just make them and trust that they'll LOOK this time?

I'd suggest you apologize, say that there was a mistake or you weren't aware, and mention that you've fixed the site in the appeal.
Word it in such a way where they beleive it'll be an asset to Yahoo for them to list your site.
