Got a bit of a shock just now when I payed a visit to Yahoo UK [uk.yahoo.com] today.

I thought my computer had got the lurgy but it looks as though there is some heavy advertising going on.

Screen only goes black on first visit though. An interesting move from Yahoo.

Imagine if it had been Lloyds. All green with horses.

Interested to find out how successful it will be and if others follow.

sheeessh. That Yahoo site should be banned from Google. I think that is worse than scumware pop-ups.

Just in case you missed the ad the first time, there's a convenient "replay ad" button... Now that should be popular! ;) The page caused browser errors in my IE 5.

Hope no one of you missed the "Ad Feedback [uk.rd.yahoo.com]" button...
