Sponsored Listing - Changed My Title for Worse

I thought I'd try sponsored listing to see what happens. I just noticed that it is now in sponsored listing but they CHANGED MY TITLE!

Title was, "XXXXXXX XXXX" on which I have a federally registered trademark.

So they changed it to the legal company name, "XXXXXXX XXXX of Arizona, Inc." That hurts.

I am definitely worse off for paying to be in sponsored listings.

Sorry to hear about that, I have heard of that happening before. If I were you I would send them an email asking for your previous title back. List a bunch of good reasons for it's return (benefits to Yahoo searchers). If this did not work then I would consider taking it off sponsored status and/or creating a whole new site with your main keyphrase(s) in your URL and title. If you have to, it may be worth saving the $ from a dud sponsered listing and putting it into a brand new submission.
