How do I mention an additional Yahoo! UK & Ireland category?

I've looked through the Yahoo submission FAQ but can't find an answer to this. If I wisht to submit an additional category (Suggest a Site: Step 2 of 4 in Yahoo! UK), is it best of state the URL of the category or just provide details of the exact section:

[uk.dir.yahoo.com...]

or

Home > Regional > Countries > United Kingdom > Entertainment > Movies and Film > News and Media > Magazines
