What I want to say is:
Our current description does not fully encompass the product offerings of our company and is singularly uncompetitive with other listings in our category.
Any thoughts?
Sorry Oil but bad choice of words, focus on the end user not on the competition.
yeah - that second reason is mostly tongue in cheek :). Just drives me nuts sometimes.
Did you send in the request already?
If you haven't, be sure to explain to them that it is to their benefit for your site to have a description that reflects what you offer, because it'll enhance their user's experience. You may want to try and throw in some numbers or facts, I've found this method to work in the past.
