I just came out of a meeting with the Yahoo search team and they are bringing out a new feature that is really interesting: Yahoo Incentivised Search.
What this means is that every time someone does a search on Yahoo they will earn points, they can then spend these points on the featured companies service/product.
I think this is a really great idea as it will give people a reason to use Yahoo over other search engines, I am interested to see how this will pan out.
They did not give me a date for the release but I got the impression that is what not far away.
