I've got some old lists of Yahoo IP's but has anybody seen a recent list. My hosting is apparently blocking a few of Yahoo's IP's and not keeping track of them.

Do you mean bot IPs? I ran some dns scans recently and got those below. I also have a some china, Korea and Japan IPs if that's what you want. I also have their "company" IP ranges.
One thing I'll say about Cuill - they TELL you what their bot IPs are!
There may be the odd non-Slurp IP in the ranges below but they are essentially correct at this time.
I appreciate that grouping because I’ve got many of their IP’s from overseas mixed in. Yes I would classify what I’m looking for as bots. Apparently Inktomi/Yahoo bots are also in play.
For the past three years Yahoo has crawled me from the 67.195 range but they are now crawling from the 72.30 range which is Inktomi/Yahoo. Back when I had all sorts of problems with indexing in Yahoo the crawls were from Inktomi/Yahoo range
I got the impression that these Yahoo techs reside overseas. Perhaps they were seeing blocks in place for certain areas in the Pacific realm by the hosting.
Inktomi bots I’ve identified.

Inktomi ranges are a pain because they do not seem to be consistent.
I haven't yet scanned for bots in the 72.30/16 range - I just enable the whole range at the moment. It's something I should do.
