Site Explorer - showing conflicting data

No. of Pages different?

Maybe it's cos I'm new to Site Explorer, or maybe theres a conflict in Explorer but -

Under 'My Sites' when I click on the 'Explore' tab it brings up results which show Pages (1) InLinks (120), whereas if I click on the actual sitename which takes me to the Summary page it shows Number of Pages Indexed: 81

Why does it show Pages(1) in one place, and (81) in another?
