Only homepage indexed - but Google PR 1

Why aren't more pages indexed?

My site has been up for 2yrs now but only the homepage is indexed. I have not violated any of Yahoo's terms (at least I don't thing I have) so there shouldn't be any reason for it to be blocked. It is a genuine site and I am confused because I rank very well on Google (PR 1), 65 indexed links and I have 126 backlinks.
Can anyone help?

Probably your backlinks. Check if they are varied or if they are similar kinds of links (i.e. a predominance of directory links, a predominance of footer links, a predominance of links from pages called, Links, etc.).
