Yahoo Search Editorial Process Crashing Server

Has anyone ever had this experience, I just bulk submitted about 5,000 listing to Yahoo Search and within minutes our servers crashed.

I spoke with someone at Yahoo who confirmed that they do have an automated bot that clicks on links and it's possible to get a bunch of simultaneous clicks.

Our site get lots of traffic every day, so Yahoo would have had to really hit it to send it down. Either that or we need to bulk up on servers.
