AlltheWeb's Livesearch

I was toying with Alltheweb's new Livesearch [livesearch.alltheweb.com] and it looks interesting.

What's great is that you get a list of keywords, *cough*, related queries. :)

What's technically amazing (and almost unnerving) is that you actually see new SERPs being generated as you type. Pretty cool, though. You can get a sense of whether your query is refined enough to do the job, or whether another keyword mght be in order.

I like it, although it’s nothing 'new'; Google suggest (cough *keyword-SERP...* cough)has been out for a while:

At a first glance it's just application of new (different) technology to the same thing - Alltheweb updates search results as you type, while Google’s tool you have to hit 'search'.
