SERPs in Yahoo Dropping

Our site used to rank on page 1 for very competitive terms since 2001. Since we stopped paying for Yahoo's Directory listing ($299 per year) our rankings dropped significantly. Any suggestions on how to get our page 1 rankings in Yahoo again?

We are still ranking on the first page for Google and MSN. Please help.

Well, I will state the obvious - pay for the Yahoo directory again.

$299 is a small investment to be ranked well on Yahoo.
Furthermore, the Yahoo listing can be helping you in Google also. Do you want to jeapordize that?

In order to do better in Yahoo you should pay the $299.00 fee?

We are participating in Yahoo site match..Is that enough to get better rankings with Yahoo..

I see Yahoo indexing our site pretty often due to site match, but we are not doing too well in rankings..

Any suggestions that would help our rankings would be appreciated..

I am not sure if paying for a Yahoo directory listing will increase SERPs in Yahoo. The information we paid for to be in their directory is still displaying in the SERPs - when we emailed them to change it before, they didn't respond.

Was considering sumitting to the Directory listing too until reading the thread below.

Seems to me you GOTTA get your directory listing description RIGHT THE FIRST TIME or you will end up having a tough time when you need to make changes.
