Any alternative contact method for Yahoo! directory submission appeal?

I am at a loss currently, trying to reach the Yahoo! submissions team.

My problem: I submitted a site under the Yahoo! express submissions program, and the submission got rejected on 14 August by e-mail from <[e-mail]> (note: ZZZ is a three-digit number).

For reasons I don't want to go into (related to the record in my server log of the reviewer's visit) I think this rejection was in error, and that I have a good chance of the decision being changed on appeal.

Only: I cannot communicate the request for reconsideration - Yahoo! says the appeal must be by e-mail to the address of the rejection e-mail, and within 30 days. Only, mail to the adress bounces with permanent error "550 550 5.1.1 <[e-mail]>... User unknown (state 14).".

I tried

• resending several times since - no change
  
• sending to an e-mail address with ZZZ decremented by one - also "User unknown (state 14)."
  
• sending postal mail (registered letter to the corporate address at 701 First Avenue, Sunyvale CA given on the Yahoo! main site) - must have arrived more than a week ago but no reaction.
  

Does anyone know of some contact point where an appeal would not bounce from, and where it would be forwarded to the appropriate party?
