Yahoo Search Results for Wrong Area

In the past I've live in a few different areas of the US and when I did I set Yahoo to show weather in those areas.

Because of that, when I search, the results are for those areas, which is not what I want, especially since I now have Yahoo Ad clients and I want to see their listings.

I made changes in Yahoo weather but they don't stick. Has anyone else had this issue.

So odd because there is no issue with my laptop but is with my desktop.

Could it be a cache issue?
