Same here, however I am not seeing any updates on yahoo.com but on Yahoo India. Some changes are pretty good but not all.
- Why would you want to display current date twice? - Removing border from Tab structure is not the best option.

Haven't been to Y! in months. Made me look. Still looks busy. Perhaps US not updated yet as there were borders on tabs. This visit reminds me why I don't use Y!...
