We target 18 languages with our websites and have by far the best content and most links that google seems to understand but looking at yahoo.it, fr,de etc they put such bias on local tld's and locally hosted sites that sites hosted outside those countries do not get a look in. Sad, this is just going to make local google's grip even stronger.
