Yahoo API and daily usage limit

Hey all,

I'm building some niche search engine with the help of the yahoo API but i'm having doubts about the project because the yahoo site say that they will limit the usage to 5000 queries per IP.

IS that 5000 queries per SITE IP? Or 5000 queries per user IP?

It's 500 queries from the IP that originates the API call. It's most likely that the API is called from your site's code right? So it's from your site's IP.
