Anchor text from another site showing as title in Yahoo results

I have a little ego site for my name and on it I tracked down sites that mention someone else with my name.

So now one of those sites is coming up for my name and the SERP shows the site with a title that is my anchor text to the page (yes, I am 110% sure b/c no one else would use this anchor text). The target page has no defined title tag.

I have never seen anything like this before. Nothing earth shattering, just interesting how they chose to handle it.
