Do they have region based IPs like Google?

Does Yahoo and MSN have different datacenters like Google? I know if someone does a search in the US, England, and Russia on those search engines they will get slightly different results. So based on the IP of the searcher, it seems Yahoo and MSN send the user to a region specific “datacenter”

If there are such datacenters, does anyone know the specific IPs? It seems everyone knows the Google datacenter IPs, but I never see IPs for Yahoo.

The reason I would like this information is so I will be able to check my yahoo.com results in different parts of the world from my desktop.

When I ping Yahoo.com from eastern U.S. I get 68.142.226.43
I had a friend ping yahoo from Ukraine, he gets 216.109.117.108

However when I search yahoo using the Ukraine IP I get my normal eastern US results. He gets slightly different Ukraine results.

So perhaps the Yahoo datacenters determine results served on the fly from the country of the IP that is searching?

Google, on the other hand sends searchers to the datacenter that best matches that searcher's IP location. Then each country specific datacenter serves up a specific set of results.

Any input on this would be appreciated.
