Category help needed

I have a new site that I am going to submit, but I can't seem to find the category to put it in. The site is for our XML services, but there is not XML category.

I don't see any comercial cats but there is this "Computers and Internet" cat that would work well if you fit it:

Home > Computers and Internet > Data Formats > XML
