Does Yahoo take into account # of hits?

Does anyone know if Yahoo takes into account the number of unique hits your site is getting when ranking your site in its search results? Can Yahoo even tell how many hits your site is getting?

Yahoo could get this type of information from their toolbar usage or monitoring the CTR of their serps. I find there are other factors that are the main driving force behind ranking in Yahoo. If you perfect these factors you will be very happy.
