Contacting Yahoo Directory Support

I've been trying to get a hold of someone at Yahoo directory support to have our listing removed for about 3 months now and still haven't been able to get someone.

The email addy I was given by Yahoo PPC doesn't work and gets bounced back. I can't even get them to provide one that works.

If anyone knows of some magic way to get someone alive at Yahoo to help, I'd sure appreciate the tip.
