Yahoo bans being lifted?

I've just noticed that one of my major competitors has just had there Yahoo domain name only showing ban lifted.

looks like there is a major shift on its way.

any one else that only had there domain showing when using the site: operator seeing there sites getting reindexed.

just wondering whether this is an algo change or if they've pleaded to yahoo and got back in?
