Yahoo's filters

We been filtered out for quite a big keyword on yahoo. Was city hotels for a couple years and in the update we no longer show, well, only for 3 words phrases. No boiler plate site, so cannot go down the affiliate site argument.

All links still show up...weird one. Either it is a filter or a hand edit. I can imagine some new guy in the Yplex deleting me after one day on the serp control job who does not really get it.

#1 on google though, so no dramas. Anyone else seeing filters, or you think they are the famous yahoo hand edits?

I think they definitely have filters. I design several hundered websites in the same basic category. One word (the name of a state) definitely drops me down in the rankings but under phrases without the name of that state my websites do quite well. This make any sense?
