Top 5 in Google but not Yahoo!

Hello folks,

I have a website that is ranking number 5 in Google under our main keyword.

For Yahoo, it doesn't even show up on the first page.

Could anyone please share with me the differences between Google and Yahoo and how I should build a website between the two? This is a pretty general question so if you need more info, just ask and I'll give.

Where does it rank then, if at all? If it's within the top 50, that's a good sign and you'll just have to work a little harder at obtaining relevant links. If not: where does your site rank when you search for the site's name? If it doesn't appear at all, or not on the first page, you are likely excluded (to avoid the word penalized) from the index for some reason (not necessarily a good one).
