I noticed a huge drop in rankings on yahoo lately. Matter of fact I cant even find my site in the yahoo's serps.

Ive done a search for site:mydomain.com and I dont see the www.mydomain.com page but I do the mydomain.com. I do see all other pages of my site

Ive done a url:http://www.mydomain.com search for my site and it does show the www.mydomain.com as cached.
When I click on yahoo's cache of my domain I notice something very strange... Somebody elses url pops up where is says "Below is a cache version of http://www.example.com/asdfasdfasdf". When I type in this address into a browser it redirects to my site? Now about 1 hour later I clicked the cached version of my homepage and yahoo rendered another page from a different site as the cached url. This page also redirects to my site when I enter it into a browser. What is someone doing to my site?

Trey

Pls help me

Trey

Not really sure, but it sounds like a canonicalization problem might be part of it. Your server should only present one version of every page, with or without the www, depending on which seems best. A 301 in mod_rewrite will take care of that.
