Why Would Yahoo Not Cache a Website?

Hi,

Slurp crawled inner pages over one month ago but Yahoo still hasn't cached them.

Does Yahoo crawl inner pages then eventually cache the pages and it just needs time?

Or does Yahoo slurp sometimes crawl but never cache the pages?
