What is the reason to drop traffic from Yahoo search engine?

I have had a large drop in traffic from yahoo and want to know what is the cause.

I have put the yahoo counter in footer some time back. Now i have taken that off. Is that is a reason?

Actually I have uploaded my urllist.txt file into my site, but it is showing an error page like <snip>

But i have submitted this sitemap url into yahoo. Is this is a problem?

I'm in confusion and here without known a proper reson to drop yahoo traffic suddenly. Please suggest me to rectify this issue and get original traffic.

I feel very happy if come up with a solution.
