weird result title in yahoo serps

My site was penalized in March, and I am trying to get it back in the seprs.

When I perform a search using
site:www.mysite.com

I get 13 results where there should be 3-400. One of the reults is a page of mine, but instead of the page title showing Yahoo is showing ">> visitar este sitio" as the title.

My spanish is rusty, but I'm pretty sure it reads "visit this site". What is this, and how did it get here?
