Script or shortcuts to build and optimize >2000 URLs

Anyone know of a fast way to wrap lots of URLs with the SSP fields?

Ideally also trying to come up with a methodology to add relevant keywords and quicklinks.

Am a newbie to SSP but am more than happy to share my own tips and tricks in exchange for some enlightenment and insights.
