Anyone know how to get right angled quotes (») in page titles to display in Yahoo!'s SERPs? It's been rewriting them to " (quotation mark) for years, and UTF-8 metatags (before or after the title) and server headers make no difference.
Ironically, the Yahoo! Publisher Network uses these characters in their page titles, and have the same issue.
