I haven't seen any formal annoucement, but we just had a big surge in traffic from Yahoo. Anyone else seeing anything?

Could it possibly be seasonal (recreational/holiday/travel) traffic? Memorial Day weekend is putting a slump in mine. My serps look the same but traffic is on the lower side of average.

The last Yahoo Update was announced on April 21st. They are extremely consistent in announcing monthly updates. We should be seeing a big dip in traffic for the holidays (informational site) and instead we're seeing a big increase starting around 15:00 eastern time.

It makes sense to me that they might be updating over the long weekend. I'm sure our rankings will be jumping around.

The changes I noticed earlier are now gone.
