I submitted a site, got denied, appealed and still got denied (products billed by same company as another site in same category).

I fiugre I can change things and hopefully get a different biz-ex editor to look at my site ($199 thank you).
I always create a new profile and wipe cookies before any submission.

Now the question is does anyone know if they keep track of sites submitted that were turned down?

Has anyone submitted a second time after making the necessary changes and had any trouble?

We've had both experiences eljefe.

We submitted a site once that had been rejected, and it was denied again because it seemed they kept a record of it.

A few months after that we performed another test and the site got in the second time.

I think it's based on luck and an editor's mood :)

I agree. We got an editor with a pretty high number (bizex3XX) so maybe the new ones are a little overzealous.

I'll wait a little bit of time and then submit after clearing all tracks. I was just curious if they kept a record of all submitted sites and then scrutinized them extra hard if they were denied the first time.

Thanks 2_much and happy 4th to all in the U.S.

Followup:

Added a little more content, resubmitted a few days after appeal was denied, and just got the site in question into the directory.

A different editor reviewed the site than the time before. Potluck on the editor?
