My site is appearing in the natural listings, but their spider doesnt seem to be picking up my meta tags - it is just showing a generic brand name title and is taking the description from the content. Is anyone else seeing this? Am I doing something wrong? All other engines are seeing my meta tags...

Is it taking your description from the Yahoo directory or dmoz directory?

*** meta tags ***

It is probably pulling the data from the title (company name) from the site's Yahoo directory listing.

Yahoo Formalizes NOYDIR Tag
[webmasterworld.com...]

We're adding support for the Meta tag called NOYDIR that will complement the 'NOODP' Meta tag, which we already support. If you're unfamiliar, the 'NOODP' Meta tag is basically a way for webmasters to indicate that Open Directory Project (ODP) titles and abstracts will not be used in search results for their pages....

To avoid Yahoo Directory and ODP titles and descriptions in search results, use the following meta tag in the head section of any of your pages that are listed in ODP or in Yahoo Directory....

<meta name="robots" content="noodp,noydir">
