Yahoo Update October 24, 2005

SERP's are wildly shuffling at the moment

It appears once again that Yahoo is shuffling the SERP's. Am I the only one seeing this ATM?!

As much as there are hints and signs of an update, I can't really say any of this qualifies as an update yet.

And behind the scenes traffic to various sites is pretty much stable across a range of keywords.

There has not been an update (new index that stuck) since July 20th IMHO. We had what seemed to be an update in late September where it looked like huges chunks of data were missing and then it reverted back to the stale product we see today.

From my vantage point, Y! is in lockdown mode.
