Is this moving forward?

Around a year ago I know there was some concern over a presentation Yahoo made about paid inclusion, fears being allayed by the inclusion of "Sponsored Search" notices.

However yesterday I was out and about and ran into someone who was at a presentation from Yahoo just recently where they were offering the company he worked for Top 6 SERPS placement. When I suggested it must be about the sponsored listings, he seemed pretty convinced this was for the Top 5 or 6 actual SERPS listings itself which struck me as very odd and not really logical if you are trying to offer quality SERPS for visitors.

Just wondered if anyone had heard any more on this?
