Hi Everyone,

I have had my site up for about a year and for some reason Yahoo has only indexed half of my pages. Does anyone know what the next step should be?

Thanks, Bob

Have you looked to see how many internal links you have to those pages? The more links you have to those pages that aren't being indexed (both internal links and links from other sites) the more "deeper" they will crawl.

Thanks bhartzer, I think that's exactly the problem.

My website is for a national business and it has about 55 pages, one page for each state, and then a couple of extra pages for terms of service, thank you, etc.....

Unfortunatley, my link building skills stink so I don't have too many.

When you mention the ratio of incoming links to the qty of pages in my stie, I can see why they all haven't been crawled. I thought if I had a site map, that would mean each page would be crawled.

On a side note, do you know anyway of building natural links. I know it's been discussed a lot here, but for the link challenged, do you have any tips? if someone was to do a search for ezmlslisting dot com, this is my link challenged website.

Thanks again for your help....
