SERP Results after pages cached in Yahoo

How long Yahoo takes to reflect SERPs after page is been cached

I have changed homepage of our site 2 weeks back and has been cached a week back, but not seeing any changes in SERPs for targeted kw.

I just want to know that how long it takes to reflect the SERPs changes.
