Yahoo Dir: Main or Sub Domain?

When submitting a website to the Yahoo! Directory should you submit your main domain only (ex www.site1.com)?

Or is it worth it to submit each main sub-domains as well (ex sub1.site1.com, sub2.site1.com, ext)?

We have 4 main sub-domains beside the main domain.

Is it worth paying $299 for each sub-domain along with the main domain or will it not make that big of a difference?
