Strange extensions added to my indexed urls

?M=A,?N=D, etc

This is for a variety of URLS...static/dynamic/root domain doesn't seem to matter.

Anyone know what these are?

It looks like a query string has been appended to the URL for column sorting or something along those lines (A=Ascending, D=Descending). If your pages have columns with links for sorting data then they seem to have been indexed. If that is not the case, you may have to start searching for backlinks to see if you can figure out where that link was indexed.
