What Can be Done to Give it a Nudge?

Since 3 months I have been watching my site ranking, I am not finding any change in SERPs for any of my keywords its in the same position what it was 3 months back. I was curious that this Update will make changes in my SERPs but I cannot able to see any change in position.

I have good backlinks, full site pages indexed, made all the changes according to SEO.

Is Yahoo hate more keyword density pages, coz my keyword density is high compared to other sites which are above me.

What factor will make Yahoo to Rank better.

Please give your valuable suggestions.

Yahoo loves keyword density. IMHO Yahoo (spiders) have been lazy lately possibly on crack. Something is going on as they have been more inconsistent on spidering my several sites that are not interlinked. I have heard from other that this is the case. I have even suggested a change in the Yahoo algo that would include a Yahoo Sandbox. Why not Yahoo is the second dog and the second dog always follows the alfa male. Yahoo has not done anything original(big) in the last year other than follow the lead.
That being said Yahoo is sporatic. You will notice this especially if you do any blogging. I have several blogs and blog and ping does not work as well as it did a month ago. I hear the same from otheres who have used thios technique. In other words you could get your site indexed and ranked withing 72 hours if you did it right and it was consistent. Yes it still happens once in a while but not like it use to.
