Does it make a difference when you are a Sponsored Site if you have java pages or a java site?

I wasn't sure if this matters. Do they take into account any of this kind of stuff? What do the look for?

Hi beasscr, welcome to WmW!

"What do the look for?" - MONEY.

To get your site sponsored, all you have to do is pay the fee for that category. Fees vary according to the category where your site is listed. To find out the cost, visit their sponsored sites section and type in your URL. You will get the price at this point.

I've never had a site rejected to be sponsored, so I don't believe it's extensively reviewed. I do know that an editor looks over the site, but I don't think they'd reject your site if you have javascript or anything of the sort.

They seem to take any site that has a valid credit card. I saw a site yesterday that was the most hideous looking thing I'd seen in awhile. Complete with a popup and a pop under. So it looks the famous qc controls and the hoo don't apply to sponsored sites.

They do perform a cursory check. I tried to sponsor a site and it was down the day the editor checked and he emailed back declining our request to sponsor the site.

If it's up & you have a credit card, you're in.

But just FYI, they do LOOK :)
